Extremely straightforward to book service, prompt return call, spoke to human being every time! All I dealt with in company were consistently courteous and friendly. Arrived on time, as have hearing loss called so I was aware of his arrival. Efficient and thorough service with all checks completed. I feel complete trust in service, will definitely use again.

Engineer was a bit late but apologised. I deducted a star for lateness. He showed great respect for my home. Worked efficiently and was amiable and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend.

You got a text confirmation to say when to expect Ben and then a further text to say when he was on his way with a live tracking link. Ben was very polite and friendly. Organising a quote from Florin, very professional and thorough, detailing my requirements and answering all my questions to booking the date, very easy and reassuring.

Ben and Charlie arrived to carry out the work, very professional, friendly and considerate throughout. Talked me through the process and detailed the plan of work to be carried out over the two days. Once completed, tidy up and cleaned all the work areas.

Really happy with the work and the new boiler. Ordered a new part for the shower, this is still pending, but have every confidence they will get the new unit installed in the following days.
