My ACQRA saga
Further to my ACQRA saga, I finally did receive my refund as promised, but not without many inquiries, follow-ups, phone calls and reviews. It was a very frustrating experience, but since they did finally process the refund, I am doing my due diligence, reporting that they did eventually make good on their comment. The only issue that I have with these companies that utilize 3rd party service providers, is that it is never transparent until you see the charge on your credit card … very challenging to navigate before hand and most discouraging for continued online purchases.

Fake shop scam - Acqra.com is liable as it allows to onboard so many shops to its payment processor
I was scammed 74.86 Eur from and online shop that was accepting payments with Acqra,com.
It seems this Payment processor Onboarding process is designed in a such low security level that every kind of business is allowed to accept payments.
Meanwhile I got now also second unrecognized charge in amount 24.99 from USA, I assume the fake shop is also selling our legit card number details collected in first payment.
Acqra.com should be Liable for all these loses and for leaking the card data through their fake shops integrated without taking proper security measures to protect them as required by law.

Minus stars, this is a complete scam. Like all the comments here, I ordered items from the website on 10/25/24 with a tracking number of 17 tracks or something.. Of course the items did not arrive and a guy named Allen from customer service every time asks for another 3-4 days to check the delivery, the address, the order or in short Takes time and keeps trying to make me think that the shipment will come sometime. An unpleasant experience. It is not recommended to buy from there! Be careful!!!
