Acqra is connected to unauthorised charges and used by scammers. I noticed 82 dollars were taken from my account from Acqra. It was linked to a scam purchase on a fraudulent website. I have reported this to my bank.

It has come to my attention that your company is engaging in fraudulent and deceptive practices, specifically running misleading advertisements on Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms. These actions, including false product claims, fake business addresses, and unresponsive customer service channels, violate both federal and state consumer protection laws.
This conduct not only constitutes a breach of trust but may also qualify as wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and other applicable statutes. Misleading U.S.-based consumers through fake business credentials and unfulfilled promises is a serious offense. Furthermore, your company’s actions undermine the integrity of digital commerce and harm innocent, hard-working people.
Here is what I intend to do if immediate corrective actions are not taken:
Report your company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation.
Contact Facebook/Meta to report your fraudulent advertisements and demand your removal from their platform.
File a dispute with my payment provider and inform them of your fraudulent practices.
Engage with authorities to pursue legal action, including but not limited to civil claims for financial damages caused by your misconduct.
I am demanding the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of $54.98, along with a written confirmation that the refund has been processed. If this matter is not resolved within seven (3) calendar days, I will proceed with the above actions and make it my mission to raise awareness about your fraudulent operation across multiple consumer advocacy platforms.
Let this email serve as your formal notice. Continued inaction will escalate this matter further, bringing legal and reputational consequences to your company.

Have never heard of this company until they tried to take money out of my account.
Have never heard of this company and never have my details to anything for £80.35 but they just tried to take that amount out of my bank. Luckily my card was froze at the time otherwise I would have lost £80.35.

I had to cancel my card just now. I have never heard of this company in my life and they attempted to take money from me. It seems some card detailed have leaked and they are trying to take money from people.
Unlucky for them- most banks now have a protection and ask you to authorise the transaction, so it got declined and card cancelled asap

I received text from my bank to contact them about a suspected charge at 4.30am...I called the bank later that day and was advised that the charge was blocked and they had to cancel my card. Now I have to wait for a new credit card. These scammers are an absolute niusance, This seems to happen when making a purchase from facebook.......be careful as it seems that they are scammers using facebook advertising of products to get your credit card details.
