I have experienced excellent, exceptional service and customer care from Active Outlet. It is very rare to come across a company that cares so much about their customers.

I placed an order with Active Outlet/EVO distribution and purchased 4 Q-LINK pendants and 2 Q-LINK USB powered devises. Shortly after I placed and order, an extremely obnoxious, condescending and rude woman called me, and without introducing herself, said that 2 out of 6 items are out of stock (although they were showing in stock). Then she proceeded with questioning me why and who for I bough these items, saying:"It is a very strange order, we never had an order like this before." After I pointed out to her that her attitude and comment were extremely abusive, unethical and unacceptable, asking her to cancel the order and issue a refund, she reluctantly apologised, which didn't sound particularly sincere. I would like to point out, that when I asked who general director of the company was, so that I could bring this to their attention, she said it was her and the complaint would come back to her, however upon investigating further both general Directors are male, so effectively she lied, and gave me no opportunity to relay this upsetting and off-putting experience to the owners of the business. This was one of the most shocking experience I ever had, I must say. It left me upset and shaken up.

Ordered an item in the afternoon.
It was despatched within a couple of hours and received the next day!

Fantastic service. Ordered an out of stock item, Steph kept me up to date and made sure it was sent out on next day delivery the day it arrived in stock. Above and beyond, arrived sooner than expected and the service was fantastic! Thanks Steph!
