The item advertised and the item received are totally different.
The quality is extremely poor.
The service for the refund is even worse.
3mths and no refund dispite several emails.

The products on site are nothing like what you receive. They appear and say embroidered…they are not…think Temu, but much more expensive. I know now that their designs are stolen from others as I have seen the originals. I have been communicating with them for four months now trying to get a refund. I was told today the accounts are frozen and there would be a delay. Their communication is very suspect and unprofessional. I wholeheartedly believe this is a scam…do not buy from them.

I ordered a Wicked hoodie with embroidered lettering. The picture of the hoodie was absolutely fantastic, was so looking forward to getting it!
It was nothing like advertised, was made of cheap shiny material with blurry transfer on it, no embroidery to be found.
I have given up trying to get a refund, they only offer ridiculously low discounts off other products, to stall you, if they answer at all, the item I bought was not cheap, so they have made a profit, while I have a very expensive shiny new rag!!!
Honestly they are a rip off, don’t even think what the picture and description they advertise is what you will get, you will be very disappointed and out of pocket!

The articles on the website are good looking and not expensive; the buying process is easy, free-shipping and quite fast. Waiting to receive it to test the quality of the products.

Beautiful designs and unusual but very cute

Order took ages to arrive. Eventually arrived and NOT AT ALL like the pictures. Ordered an embroidered knitted jumper received cheap quality sweatshirt with sticker on it. Items are extremely low quality and fraudulently advertised. Tried to sort return / refund, they expected me to pay over £20 to return this to Hong Kong before they would even consider a refund. Down about £100 with no chance of getting any back.

Terrible quality. Not as advertised,very poor print quality, image very blurry. Filed complaint and requested refund early December, just getting the run around, no straight answers. Buyer beware big waste of money and time with this company!! Will not do business with in future!!!

Hi Obviously ive just order from urselves 2day so i dont know wotthe product is like untill it arrives but if it is anything like the clothing on ur website i will love it i just stummbled accross you by accident & i am plzd i did .It was easy 2 order so i can do a beta reveiw wen my package arrives as 2 time the product & packaging ect.Thank- you X🙏X

Do not buy from this site. Sizes are wrong and they won't refund your money. I have asked repeatly. They respond every 3 days and say we are working on it.

Terrible and they don't have a phone to call and complain. Only email.

I ordered a sequins t shirt dress and they gave me a picture of the dress on a t shirt. It was cheap and ugly. Then offered me discount coupons instead of a full refund.

The product that arrived was not the same product ordered. I ordered an embroidered WIKED hoodies and it arrived as a screen printed hoodie and terrible quality. after taking more than 30 days to arrive. I've been working with customer service for 3 months now trying to get a refund. The offered a 30% off credit for a future purchase but I will not be ordering from them again. I offered to mail the return back to them but they have failed to provide me with and return address or details. They are extremely hard to get ahold of because they only have email contact. I would have given zero stars if that were an option.

Came on time and was what I ordered…. But quality is terrible. It was advertised as being embroidered and it most definitely is not. It’s also made of cheap material and really uncomfortable. Super disappointing

Terrible experience...steer clear of this company! It took weeks to arrive and the quality of the clothes is awful! Horrible material and the sizes are well off. I'm trying to return the goods and get a refund but they are basically refusing and just offering me 30% off.

I ordered six garments on December 9th and arrived onJanuary 14th. Three out of six items were missing and the three sweaters that arrived were the worst quality you can imagine. No embroidery, as many reviews say, no knit garment but a polyester sweatshirt that no one would wear. Their customer service is a joke. They want me to pay the shipping costs for the items I want to return. The issue is being delt with by Paypal. I don't expect to get a satisfactory solution but I'll keep trying

I ordered a sweatshirt a month ago and still waiting. Also their phone number is a fake.I will never order from here again and I contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased 4 Wicked sweatshirts under the impression that they were embroidered, as advertised on the website. Requested my money back as these are nothing but a picture on the material. There is no embroidery.
Cheap material and false advertising.
