This is the worst company I have ever come across just after money clothes are the worse delivery company the use match them with over 80% negative on trust pilot if you do buy pay with PayPal to be covered

DO NOT BUY their garbage!! They advertise with lies and deliver junk!! Once you finally receive the product and contact them for a refund they avoid you, stall the process with delayed email responses proclaiming to be “processing your refund” and when you follow up again because there’s been no word, they tell you if you still insist on a refund it has to be shipped back to China at your own expense OR they’ll give you a generous 30% off your next purchase of more of their crap!! HORRIBLE SCAM!!

Order was easy to do online

Ordered on 7 December. Order acknowledged on 11 December. Tracking shown no activity by 15 December.
This is a fun Christmas sweater.
In the UK this would have been delivered by 10 December at the latest. Dreadful service.
Order cancelled on 15 December and refund requested. I wait with interest to see how long that takes. If it's more than a week I shall lodge a complaint with PayPal as this is unacceptable.

Nice and easy to navigate around the site

The ease of the website. The variety of clothing. I was able to choose some perfect Christmas presents for my staff.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I spent $100 and nothing was as described, the clothes were suppose to be embroidered and they were poorly digitally printed and very small in size. I requested a refund and have been given the run around about it has to be approved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY….HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

love the selections. However, I hope the size per the chart fits that i ordered. It also does not give the cloth content as I could nit fine that.

Would give zero stars if possible - SCAM COMPANY WITH CRAP PRODUCTS. PayPal transactions don’t appear on your account and the ‘wicked’ hoodie was NOTHING like advertised. Tried to get a refund and offered a 15% discount and told to return to China myself but also that this was expensive. Wish I had read reviews before ordering - this is not a legitimate company ! Utter waste of nearly £30.
Trustpilot need to investigate any positive reviews as they are probably as fraudulent as this company’s advertising…

Bought the “embroidered” not….embroidered Wicked sweatshirt in a medium. Received a 3xl and had the same experience as others. Cost too much to return to China and offered me$17.00 of the $32.90 I paid. I would never buy from this company again!

Zero star alert. Nothing like the described product. If you list embroidered them that’s what you should receive. Sizes run extremely small. This wicked hoodie is probably going in the trash!

Bought my wife a “Wicked” sweatshirt from Adorableswear website. Ad claimed explicitly that it was embroidered. Waited over a month for this to come from China only to find out it was an iron-on patch, not a stitch of embroidery on the shirt. I contacted company for a return receipt and/or refund and was told that I would have to send it back to China myself. False advertisement should be illegal.

Like others have said, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! We purchased the Wicked Sweatshirt and the print was blurry and pixelated. Contact the company for a refund and they are trying to offer me a discount coupon because they say it cost to much for me to ship it back. I don't care if I get nothing back, I don't want this poor quality shirt.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEB PAGE. The one time I forgot to check trust pilot before I ordered and I could not be more disappointed. I ordered a Christmas jumper. It is printed on shiny material and does not look like the advertised product at all. I thought I had found my new favourite web page. Could not be more wrong. I emailed them to chase delivery and they replied within 24 hours. I have just emailed to ask about refund. Hopefully they will get back to me as quickly.....
