Wicked merchandise.

The Wicked sweatshirt I ordered was beautiful, my daughter is going to love it. Ordering was so easy.

Awful products nothing like what I ordered. I ordered 2 jumpers based on the wicked film. The colours were different really poor quality nothing like advertised. Would never order from this place again. Would not encourage anyone not to order.

Terrible quality NOTHING like described or pictured on the website the. Give you the run around when you try to return even though there returns policy clearly states you can return if not satisfied. Try to offer a discount on further purchases instead. As if I would by anymore of your garbage. Awful company.

The only down side was I purchased 3 items and was under the impression that I qualified for the 30% discount. But didn’t receive it.

The tops and jumpers are horrible they are a rainproof kind of material and the pictures are blurry however the sweatpants/joggers are really nice! And better quality

Item arrived looking nothing like photo. Printed on cheap material, cannot possibly wear. Going straight in the bin. Would have given no stars but unable to. Avoid.

The size runs smaller than what was stated. The material is thin & stiff, not what the picture shows. No return or reimbursement, only a 20% off for your next purchase.

I just wish the images of the products were a little more clear/better pictures to show exactly what you are ordering. I’m still nervous about my order and what it will look like (i.e. if it is actually embroidered or if it is just a screen print). Maybe a little bit more info for the description as well would help. Other wise, the ordering process was great.

Products look really good. Buying for a Christmas present, can't wait to see their faces. Would be nice if the order confirmation included details of the order and not just offers for future discounts.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts that were supposed to be embroidered. They were not. Very poor quality of material. There is no way yo contact them regarding there product. They give you a email address and no way to access them. Very sad.

Item arrived late,they couldn't care less,if it doesn't arrive there's nothing we can do.
Item did arrive. A sweatshirt looking nothing like what was ordered,was supposed to be embroidered but ended up printed in the weird fabric. Was supposed to be pink,a black sweatshirt arrived that was so thin it showed up white,logo was fuzzy. So far no response from them regarding a refund

Big Iron Maiden fan, this company is based out of London. Ordered 6 shirts on 10/18/2024 and received an order # and said my order was confirmed. Eight days goes by and I’m thinking it’s coming from London so I’ll just reach out and email them, see if I could get an update. When I did email them on the 26th I noticed there was no tracking number. I also tried logging back in and it said email not found, when cleary I made and order and they took my money!!! That’s when I madly started looking for the Vaseline… No reply yet by the way.. Gonna try again tomorrow to see if I can get a hold of anyone.. There gonna be “Running to the hills” because they gonna find out “The Evil that men do”.
