THE.WORST. Item descriptions are misleading and do not reflect what is received. Items are poor quality. Tried to request a return with no response. These are scammers, for sure.

If i could provide less than one star I definitely would!
I ordered what I thought was a cozy sweatshirthat with embroidered lettering, but instead I received a shirt made out of the cheapest, thinnest, worst material I can imagine. What was pictured as embroidered lettering, was actually just an imagine that was poorly printed on the material. I reached out the company to find out how to return the item and receive a refund and they gave me the run around, basically telling me it would end up costing ME money to retun it and finally telling me that they would offer me a 20% discount coupon to keep the item... Which I won't need because I would never shop there again. Buyer beware! NEVER ever shop here.

I love the designs and styles you have shown on your site. The only problem that I have had is sizing. I ordered an item to current size and your sizing is much different. No problem as I gifted them to a smaller person and they fit Wonderful! I have already ordered from You again and adjusted sizes.

Update: finally came 2.5 weeks AFTER Christmas 1/10

I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 9, and have yet to receive the sweatshirt! I have sent emails and they say thank you and it’s on the way! Ok, when?! The tracking is all in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, no clue!! Cause I don’t speak the language!!!!! I’m so mad! This was a Christmas present and I prob won’t ever see it!!

Horrible experience. First I paid for expedited shipping and it took 3 weeks and several emails before they shipped the item, and more than a month to finally receive it. I ordered a sweatshirt , but the fabric is polyester knit like the pants my grandma used to wear. The print is smeared. I recommend steering clear of this company.

Do not buy from this website! I wish I had read reviews before. I ordered a sweatshirt. When I got it, it was a completly different material. The material was cheap and the quality of the sweatshirt was terrible. I sent an email and was told that it cost to much to ship so keep it and they would give me 15% off, 6 bucks!! I won't wear it! I emailed back and told them that 15% was unexceptable, they ignored my email. I emailed again and was told someone would follow up, ignored again! Don't waste your money!

Do not purchase this. It is NOT a sweatshirt with embroidered accents it is a cheap screen printed odd shiny polyester material I wouldn’t use to clean with! Nothing like the advertisement. The offered no help to make a return unless I paid for full shipping! Never buying from this company again!

I usually wear an xl but ordered a 2x tee shirt. It was really small. When I tried to do an exchange it took several emails to get them to respond. I was told I would have to pay the delivery fee back to China and the best the could do was for me to “ give it to someone else and they would give me a 30% off coupon.” Now I’m going to fight the charges on my credit card. They need to adjust their sizing and make things right for customers.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! This company is a scam. You do not get the product advertised. You get a cheap printed version of the image on a polyester sweatshirt, not embroidered or knitted as per the images on the website. If you want cheap printed garments then go ahead.

This took 1 month to arrive, it is NOTHING as described or depicted! It is cheap printed 100% polyester! NO embroidery as described nothing authentic about anything and the size chart is inaccurate. I really must emphasize you get what you pay for. Buyer be very aware! DON'T DO IT!

They said the sweatshirt was embroidered. It’s not!! It’s a cheap ugly sweatshirt made of polyester with a silk screen image on the front and down the arm. Do not buy!! Total scan!

I strongly discourage you from buying anything here.
I spent $150 and the confirmation page said it would take 3 days for shipping. A week later I reached out as had not heard from them and I was informed "a little production cycle is required". A week later I emailed again and they informed me one of the items is no longer in stock. I ask for that item to be refunded so they can ship the remaining items. My request was "forwarded to the relevant department" again with no follow-up.

It has now been four weeks and I still have received nothing. This is a scam,

I am still waiting on my order I place on Dec.2,2024 and was charged to my card on Dec.3,2024. It is now Dec 30,2024 and I want you to cancel my order these were gifts from Santa and quess what? he did not deliever.

This company is a scam!! DO NOT order from them!! The products are crap and it is not explained on the site. Takes forever to receive them and if you want a return they give you the run around. They want to give you a discount coupon instead of a return. Also, if you want a refund, you have to pay expenses to send it back to them overseas. They have a very good scam going on online. Be careful who you shop with online. This is one of those companies.

The Wicked items I bought my daughter for Christmas were loved.

Brutal from top to bottom. Package took 4 1/2 weeks to arrive. Was supposed to arrive in 10 days. Did not make it in time for Christmas. Quality was awful. Nothing like the product listing. Buyer beware. These guys are bad.

I ordered my products on December 10,24 I have not received them as of yet!!!! No tracking number or anything. These items were christmas gifts. Poor customer service no one to contact..
