The ladies at the Arcata office did great. Carrie tried to get me set up on the app but it wouldn’t work stating “didn’t finish.” I had tried to set it up on the app before and the internet went out due to me traveling through the hills. So when I went back in it gave me that message. She gave me a phone # to call to see if they can fix it.
