Advance America - Arcata - 5000 Valley West Blvd., #20 Reviews 

I have been a customer with your company for many years. I started with the Fortuna, Ca. store and their staff qas always helpful and cheerful. Then it was shut down. After that I just used the website and never had any issues at all. The beginning of November all that changed. I could login, but then it would freeze up. I called the tech number and they said they would send me a link to help me get to my account. Well, that did not work. I use Advance America every month to help pay my bills and exist. I am disabled. I am blind in one eye and losing the sight in the other. I try not to drive very often or very far. Arcata is a 45 minute drive from Fortuna. Gas is almost six dollars a gallon. Because of disaster on the website I had to drive to Arcata to get my pay day loan. Kim, (I think that was her name) ask me how my day has been, so I proceeded to tell her. She was very apologetic and helped me quickly and efficiently. She explained that she would have the payment taken out automatically so I wouldn't have to drive the 45 minute drive. She also gave me a number to call so hopefully I can continue do business with you on line. I also hope that I will be able to, also. The chat and the help technician did not help at all. I felt like I was being rudely excused from their help. The Arcata store was so much more pleasant that the online staff. So, Arcata store gets a 100% great service. The online help gets a big fat 0.

It's the two women who run this establishment that make it so great. I'm always greeted warmly when I arrive, tutored kindly when filling out the forms and treated like my business really matters. Always a pleasure.

The ladies in the Arcata office are absolutely amazing!! They treat me with respect. They know who I am when I walk through the door. They take the sting completely out of the situation. They make me feel like they truly care about ME!
They are the reason I keep coming back and have done nothing to try to find another company to do business with.

Kerry and Michelle do a great job and they put up with a lot of nonsense to say the least.. I'm aware it's a living and they gotta do what they gotta do.. tho still the people that work at my local Advance America are hardworking, respectful, as well as respectable people..

Very courteous always smiling and willing to lend a helping hand. How is always there with a listening ear. And very compassionate towards others. They are super amazing.
