Norm and Heather are the BEST. They are always friendly and very Helpful. They make you feel very comfortable when you walk in the door. Like Family. I would recommend this location to anyone because of them.

Location I normally use is shutting down so had to go to a new location and the manager there was so nice and easy to work with made it a pleasant & quick process

The Assistant Manager Norm was very helpful and friendly. I would give him 5-stars. The only reason I only left 3 is because they only had him working on a Friday evening. He explained that the Manager was on medical leave, but that doesn't mean that the business closes down bc she was ill. They needed to have given that guy some help. When I got there there were two people in front of me, and it took about 20 minutes before it was my turn. While I was being help 7 other people entered the lobby of the store. I can only imagine how long those people had to wait! It was not Norm's fault. It was poor planning on the Manager's part. If you are going to be gone and know that your staff will be short handed, you make arrangements to accommodate your absences. It also was not fair to Norm, as some customers were extremely rude to him about the wait. He literally was doing everything he could to make sure people were being attended to, but he only had two hands and one computer... there wasn't much he could do about it. I felt sorry for him. But he handled it well given the circumstances. He apologized to everyone multiple times.

First time loan, Norm was the person that helped facilitate the loan. Very positive experience and atthe end i was given a $10 off coupon for 1st timers. Thanks
