Very helpful staff
I came in very late in the day on a Saturday to get my first loan. The place was rather busy and there was only one staff person there. She was very helpful took her time and made sure that everything was in order for me to get my loan. When I left there was still quite a line behind me and it was only about 10 minutes till 2 which is when they closed on Saturday. I am sure she ended up staying past the two more but she was certainly quite helpful to everyone while I was there including myself.

Reputable, honest, kind and helpful!
I've worked with both Norm and the Branch Manager at the location on Thompson and Emerson. They are very kind, honest, forthright. You know you are being treated fairly and legally correct, and not being take advantage of. The store is clean and safe, and is in a safe location.
