I asked for a payment plan and the lady…
I asked for a payment plan and the lady who waited on me after I told her I was paid on the 3rd of the month set the payment plan up for the 1st of the month without telling me. Then I get emails about every week telling me my loan wasn't paid on time and certian actions will be taken against me if it wasn't paid immediately. How can I pay on the first of month when I get paid on the third of the month.
