I wanna to Say Thank You to Brooke at The Pell City Al Office.
I have a Anxiety Disorder and other Disabilities and Have Hearing Loss.I usually come in with my Husband to tend to things on my behalf.
This visit I was on my own and having issues.
Brooke talked to me and kept me calm and walked me through the whole process.She even help me set up the Site on my Phone to where I can tend to my business online.
I feel she went above and beyond for me.
