Advance America is a really great place when you need money . The staff at the Pell City , AL store are really great & help me with my needs & are very nice every time I go in I am greeted & greeted with a snile & how am I doing . They realky care about their customers 5 stars

I am a customer at the Pell City in Alabama Advance America. The employees there are fantastic. The 3 of them are so nice, kind, helpful and understanding.
They will always greet you when you come through the door and they will always address you and let you know that you will be helped shortly when you have to wait behind a customer.
Shane, Cody and Brooke make you feel comfortable and important. When they are helping you, they make you feel important and as if you are the only person there.
I would recommend Pell City, Alabama Advance America to anyone and everyone.
The best customer service and such delightful people to go to when you need a little help till payday.
I have been a customer for a while now. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
