Help when help is needed
Natasha was the agent who helped me and she was as pleasant as could be. Informed me the whole way of all the options. Didn’t pressure me and even checked with me to make sure I was okay with every step. That’s rare and it shouldn’t be. I was at ease because of it. So I thank her
