I’m very dissatisfied
I’m very dissatisfied with my experience with Advance America. I applied for a loan online on 09/05/19. I uploaded the requested documents and even called to confirm they were received. I was told my information would be forwarded to a loan officer so a decision could be made. It is now 09/29/19, and the web site still shows the status of my application as being reviewed. Then after contacting customer service, I was told to hold while the loan officer was again contacted. After ten minutes, the representative hung up and never called back.
