Best place for loans

I have been getting calls from the company to take out a loan because it has been a while since I took one out.. so I decided to get a loan I arrived at around 4:40 pm On 7-27-26 the door was locked and I didn’t understand why until I read the handwritten sign on the door stating that a break was in progress and the door will open at 4:50 pm. I did Knock on the door before I read the sign only because I’m not used to a public business locking doors during business hours. The employee came out inside and pointed to the break sign . I was absolutely okay with waiting until the employees break was over. I sat on the windowsill of the business and waited.
A male and female couple approached, the lady tried to open the door. I informed her that they’re on break and they will open on about 5 minutes. she said “every time I come here they are on break.” So the couple left.
Two other women approached the door and I told them they’ll open in a few minutes. The younger lady said the same thing “they are always on break when I come.”
We all waited until the employee opened the door and had the worst customer service attitude. I want to say her name was Maria because I could barely read her badge because of her hair covering her name somewhat.
She was just peering at me and I was waiting for the “can I help you?” and I never was asked so I looked up and saw her looking at me and I told her what I needed.
I did inform her that the analog break clock that was posted on the door said to return at 3:50 pm not 4;50 pm but the handwritten notice was accurate. She abruptly told me that “she knows how to tell time and knows what she’s doing” I said ok.. the two customers heard her and made a sound like“wow”
I finished my business, upon leaving I informed the two customers to please scan the QR code and voice their opinions on their customer service or the management/ supervisors will never know how rude their staff is. They both thanked me and agreed.

The delay to get the transfer it’s not proper ! If you have the emergency you should not use this delays what ever you have to pay just because it’s the weekend if I would of know better I would go personally to an agent online it’s a big joke !

Advance America is the best if you live in California and take a loan out they give me 30 days to pay back that loan they will work with you with any problem I've been a customer for two and a half years nothing but courtesy and politeness from staff

I called to change due date the rep told me , I'm still considered late even if due date is changed , how can this be if , I changed my date ...it stated I was pass due ,its not making any sense , Something is off here " ...Not sounding right " ...Let's get it together " ...Thanks , Than I recieve a reminder of the date I changed " ...originally " ... ..🤔
