Incredibly nice people
Honestly coming hear to me is a desperate move, but the girls that aleays help me out at the location on Van Nuys are always super nice on the phone and in person. Often you walk in the door feeling bumbed your broke and need a loan bit get greeted with a smile and friendly attitude the staff is grate!

Poor customer care
I came to the van Nuys branch and forgot my check book I went back to pick it after some time and they tossed me around. They lied to me that they mailed it it's now months yet the day I forgot it they called me and told them I was far. I have been a customer for long I hoped to be treated well. Up to date I don't know the fate of my check book the lady who picked it is too proud. It's a pity.
