Edward and his team have been excellent and efficient through the entire process. From sound and impartial advice, to a comforting voice through meeting all the various criteria the lenders require. Under severe time pressure, the team put in the extra hours to get thing over the line in time. I would be delighted to recommend them to any one!

We have recently started using Advias and I must say their professionalism and expertise is by far the best I have encountered, we had a rather complicated refinance that our usual broker struggled with, so Advias came to the rescue.

From start to finish extremely professional and helpful, always keeping me updated on everything. Managed to lock in the fixed rate(better than I could do myself direct) before BoE rate rises whilst we waited for valuation of property which triggered official offer and then completed!(saving me 25bps over the duration of the mortgage). I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!

Was introduced Advias through a friends recommendation. Have been working with a previous mortgage broker for many years so was reluctant to change, however we wanted to try a new provider that had a personal approach and more importantly were commercially minded and creative so that they can assist us achieve our business growth goals. We were also looking for brokers that had experience dealing with property business owners to ensure they had the sufficient experience dealing with sometimes complex hurdles in raising finance for growth.

I have been very impressed with them to date. They understand our objectives and are working (without having to handhold) to get us the deals we need to ensure we are keep progressing.

Due to some complexities of our case, I was very impressed with the service we received from the team at Adivas. They were always friendly, prompt in responding to questions, and helped guide us through the process. Wanting to lock in a fixed rate re-mortgage on an urgent basis, I received excellent service. The process was hassle-free with minimal paperwork involved since I was an existing due-diligenced client. Commercially, the offer met my requirements and the technology infrastructure allowed me to review terms and provide my approval seamlessly. A refreshing change to what can be a paper-intensive, slow and frustrating experience.

I was put in contact with Edward/Advias as I had a four year plan to purchase my home (of which I was 2 years into) and was advised that with some clever structuring we would be able to purchase the house two years ahead of schedule. We had some very tricky requirements and obstacles to navigate but Edward calmly and efficiently came up with solutions, leveraged great relationships with lenders and delivered an offer under very pressured time constraints. Despite a number of issues arising during the process, Advias were able to quickly mobilise and iron them it.
