Edward from Advias has supported me on my mortgages for many years now, and I've always been extremely happy with his help and results. Edward jsut goes above and beyond to help his clients and is a glowing example of excellent client service.

Edward's results have become even better since he founded Advias, and my recent experience with him and his team was a 10 out 10.

Not only are the rates he can unlock better than anything else - he has also been able to construct bespoke solutions for me specific (and complicated) situation again and again. Something I just wouldn't even be able to do on my own.

Ed was absolutely fantastic at providing an A* service throughout the mortgage process. Outstanding! I found the house of my dreams but with little hope of raising the multiple mortgages I needed to buy it, been with my bank for 40 years and they were not interested at all, fortunately I was introduced to Edward at Adivas who raised 3 mortgages in under a month with very reasonable monthly payments, he also did it with a calm manner and really easy to understand paperwork. I've recommended him to everyone, even people that don't need mortgages.

Ed at Advias was recommended by family. He was incredibly professional and always available for the nitty gritty questions I had. You can tell he is incredibly experienced, as there were a few complications to my mortgage. Very happy with the service from Edward Checkley; he very thorough in laying out my options and cost considerations. I had a bit of an unusual circumstance and he took the time to understand the situation and advised accordingly. He was also very clear in explaining the reasons on why he was making a specific recommendation. Always followed up when he said he would. No complaints at all.

I don’t think many people enjoy going through the mortgage processes, especially if you are someone that owns their own business, which makes your case slightly more complex.

Dealing with Ed, however, made things simple and straightforward. Ed went above and beyond and explained everything in the most informative manner.

I went to Edward when I was told repeatedly that there was no way that I would receive an additional advance on my mortgage. He told me that this was not the case and he was 100% correct. Another advisor managed to get me an offer at a terrible rate with another lender, Edward came back with an offer from my existing lender at almost exactly the same rate.

In the largely commoditised business of Mortgage Brokerage, Advias set the epitome of bespoke financing solutions for their clients. I never realised how blind I was to the vast variety of financing options available to me until I hired Edward for my financing needs. He is an extremely diligent and talented individual who leaves no stone unturned whilst getting one the best possible solution for their Mortgage requirements. His calm demeanour and brutal efficiency were often overlooked by me throughout the entire process, from application to disbursement of funds, however I was always kept informed of any caveats and felt very assured. He really does provide an end to end solution. I would give 10 stars to Edward if I had the option. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a property investor for over a decade and one thing every property investor would agree on is how vital the right financing is for any project and how challenging it is to get. Edward isn’t just our mortgage or finance broker, he’s part of our team. In an industry full of ‘comptuer-says-no’ businesses, Edward doesn’t only add value through his hands on approach, but the passion for his work is evidenced by his extensive knowledge of his field and that of property as a whole and his impressive ability to think critically to find you a solution.

I can't say I have ever enjoyed the mortgage process, rather faceless and impersonal. However, the experience with Advias was quite refreshing. Ed was very clear in what the process was, what options were available to us and what we could expect from him and I felt he was fully committed to getting the best deal for us.
