Very professional and efficient. Made what could have been a stressful experience (when my builder reversed into my parked car!) a very stress-free experience! They collected, repaired, washed, hoovered and delivered my car back to me.

Excellent premium service, polite staff, quick turnaround
Contacted by phone about a faulty sensor which I believed was due to it being recessed in the bumper. They were able to have a look at it the same day provide a quotation, and book me in for the next day and gave me a lift back home after dropping the car.
The final price was more than the initial quote but it wasn't too much more and they let me know this before completing the work and explained why (partly due to there being another faulty sensor- luckily I had a spare in the car)
They kept me updated on the progress of the work, so I wasn't left waiting and didn't have to chase them up.
All the staff were very polite and professional throughout. The car was given a complementary clean, and delivered back to my address the following day in great condition.
The parking sensors are now fully working and I am very pleased with the standard of work (wish more places were like this!) so I would definitely recommend AD williams to anyone looking for bodyshop work!
