I feel completely misled by AD Car Care. I was charged £190 for an oil and filter change, which I later found should have cost around £79. The owner claimed it was the same price as last year, but I later realised I never even received a full service then either, as I had thought. When I questioned the charge, the owner compared it to main dealer prices — which defeats the purpose of using a local garage. I won’t be going back.

We brought our car in with a major side panel rotting issue. This was solved allowing us to keep our car running for a few more years. The staff were fantastic. Every opportunity was taken to keep costs low. They even arranged to take it for its MOT which we passed as a result. It was beautifully valeted. I cannot speak too highly of their customer care. Our car was not an expensive model, but in difficult economic times they worked hard to ensure we could keep it going without refusing the job or hiking costs. If you need a job doing, do not hesitate to use them. Absolutely excellent.

First class service
The whole experience was very good. The service was exceptional and very slick. All members of staff were helpful at every stage and it was great to have the car taken from my house and returned to the front door.

Paint job was poorly done
Paint job was poorly done. The vehicle sent back to the garage three times for issues to be resolved.
Came back with nothing done .
The only good thing is the delivery driver , Jerry , very friendly and courteous.

Service above and beyond. 5 Star.
My car was picked up and taken away for repair. I mentioned to Driver Paulo that I would struggle without it due to my wife being disabled. Paulo must have passed this information on, as my car was repaired and returned to me the very same day! All communication has been first class. Including Paulo. A really nice guy.

They delivered the repaired vehicle on the promised date, and the complimentary valeting was a nice touch. When I noticed a couple of minor issues after the repair, they promptly took responsibility and resolved everything to a high standard. Their driver, Gerry, was very courteous, making the delivery process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.
