Excellent service
Excellent costumer services that kept me always aware of the ongoing repairs to my car.
They picked up my car from home and delivered it back fully clean inside and out. As a mother of 4 you can imagine how dirty my car was!
Everyone from reception to the delivery men were so so nice and polite.
After the repairs my car looked like a brand new car.

They sent menthe same generic text twice a week for 5 weeks.
Irritating and embarrassing.

multiple failures of service but good repair
Failed to collect car when promised. Failed to pick up the phone when called. And then failed to deliver a replacement car; as promised the next day meaning I had to find a way to get to an ill relative at short notice. Repair was very good but took 3 weeks longer than promised.

Worst customer experience
If you want your vehicle back on time and avoid disruption to your personal routine / business then avoid at all cost. We had our company vehicle booked for repair for a minor accident. It was booked in for repair by their Southampton branch and repair was taking place in Wimbledon branch. On the agreed vehicle return date which is today, I got a call at 15:45 saying we need to pay access and VAT which I said fine and I can get back to them in 10-15 mins and I was being told by their staff that they still cannot deliver vehicle back today as their drivers are gone home ! They could have done this earlier to avoid all this issues. I called their initial customer service in Southampton through whom this repair was booked and now they are telling me they cannot help me with this and asking me to raise it with Wimbledon branch. Pathetic service. Not worth your time and money. Just find better repairer either by yourself or by your insurance approved repairer but not AD Williams as they are not good at all.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the speed and the attention to detail by cleaning the car before returning it. However the main reason I am writing this review is due to the exceptional customer service I received, the reasurance I was given especially from Gerry who explained everything to me and calmed me down from the hit and run accident.
He also kept me fully informed at each stage of the work up to the completion and delivery of my car. I cannot thank him enough.
