An extremely satisfied customer
I was very impressed with the timing of the collection and delivery of my vehicle which was exactly on time with no slippage of an extra few days at either end. Gerry explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions of which i had quite a few regarding the repair work. The repair itself was faultless and my car looks and feels as good as new if not better. I also noticed that my car was cleaned before it was returned which was very nice to see and the customer service during the entire repair process was exceptional. I would strongly recommend using AD Williams to all of my friends and relatives as i am one very pleased and happy customer.

AVOID!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere
Car gone in for repairs for the 4th time and still have outstanding issues!!! Would not recommend and avoid at all costs!! The repairers are careless and have poor quality controls!

Disappointing service and communication
Initially it was good, but then you did not return my car on the agreed date but two weeks later, You also ran down my petrol to an empty tank without telling me. Repairs seem good but I am disappointed by the overall service - including the fact that you don't pick up your phones.
