Everything we needed
We got superb support and assistance from Susan helping us to get the AED that suited our situation. The only issue we had was the delivery company UPS, but again Susan came to the rescue and sorted them out getting our AED to us.

I ordered a Defibrillator for Alton Rugby Club on line, the following day a message was left by Susan Raitt for me to contact AEDExpert. When I didn't call her she left another message. When I contacted her she explained that the product I had ordered would not be available for some time but that she could offer us a better model at a well discounted price. I made contact with this company following a less than satisfactory experience with Zoll themselves.
My first contact was with Susan Raitt, what a fantastic representative for her company. She was knowledgeable about the product she was selling, offering help and advice and patiently answering any questions. It is probably one of the best buying experiences I have had. Susan is a real ambassador for her company and a credit to herself. With her help and guidance I was able to order exactly what was needed, with an impressive delivery time. The companies use of PayPal, to my mind is inspiring as there is no need to fill in endless forms with your details (often repetitively). A totally awesome experience from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend your company. Thank you so much Susan and AEDexpert, it was a pleasure.

Great Customer Service
Ordered new battery/pads for my aed, due to circumstances beyond their control aed expert were not able to provide the equipment. The communication from Susan was great she could not be more helpful. Its a shame that cardiac science cannot take a leaf out of her book, I will certainly use AED Expert in the future. Thanks people - hug to Susan.

Quality and Simplicity
Only just started ordering from AEDexpert but setting up my account, ordering and ease of negotiating website cannot be faulted. Prices are at least competitive and in most cases cheaper than similar sites so would definitely recommend to others.

I contacted AED Expert to ask if they stocked PHILIPS HEARTSTART SMART PADS II.
I was particularly concerned that the pads would be suitable for children.
Susan Raitt emailed a detailed description of the product, specific information about its use with children, reference and item numbers and a useful web site link.
As I was ordering from Qatar in the Middle East, she also helped provide me with information about shipping and payment, even emailing me the payment link.
Every step of the way was followed up with a confirmation email.
This was a five star service from start to finish and a reassuring response to a potentially 'life and death' enquiry.
