Hi,
I felt I had to complement Livvy and her manager who’s name I don’t have on their correspondence to me regarding an issue concerning extra payments VAT on my original order.
This issue was not their fault but it was due to import duty from uk to Ireland which was an added extra cost to my order.
Farley Co are a very reputable professional group with super quality goods at very good price structure.
Livvy is a very added asset to the Farley business she has got what it takes to solve one’s problems.
I want to thank all concerned in dealing with my issue, and wish them the very best of business going forward.

The (£300) birthday present order took 3 weeks to arrive having being told in writing that it would be 3 business days. There is no phone number to call and they either ignore email requests to sort things out or try to fob you off.
Avoid at all costs.

Although the boots I wanted and ordered weren’t going to arrive by the time I needed them, the Customer service team were very helpful. Unfortunately a refund was required this time, but I’m sure my next visit to their shop will result in a good sale. Thank you for your time and help

I have never and it is still the case, that I haven't recieved a delivery date. The only communication (of any kind) I have recieved is the original order with a order number on and no further details. I have tried several times to use their automated service to cancel my order but instructed that orders can only be cancelled by telephone (0116 4105440). When I have telephoned the service says they no longer take telephone calls and to use the automated service. I frustratingly will have to wait a few days more and cancel the payment made to the bank. In my opinion I have been treated shockingly and this shouldn't be acceptable.

This is my second time of ordering from A Farley. I had an issue of a sizing on a pair of Ariat Boots. Spoke to Livvy who went the extra mile to resolve the problem with outstanding product knowledge and practical options. An efficient swap was organised by Livvy on behalf of A Farley. Really grateful for the help, and based on this service will for sure use this company again.

I purchased some items (in the £000s) from this company before the new year, and I would have paid for the quickest of their three shipping options, but when it came to check-out only their slowest delivery option (7 working days) was available. It turns out even that window was over-ambitious for them. It's now 15 business days since ordering (over 22 actual days) and it appears that they haven't even shipped the order. I've tried to email customer support to ask them what is happening, and after being fobbed off the first time, subsequent emails are just being ignored. Their chatbot is useless and they have disconnected their phone line. Not exactly the "exemplary levels of customer service" they claim to pride themselves on. I can't even get a point of contact to ask for a refund. A quick search of their accounts on Companies House tells the story of the direction they are going. I'll be claiming my money back. Avoid.

Ordered socks well before Christmas as a gift and I still don’t have them despite chasing several times and false promises and now they have closed their phone lines! Avoid this company if you want your order any time soon!

Never received my item which I ordered. The company have disabled there phone lines so they don't have to speak to you.
They don't respond to emails, I have sent 3 over the last 18-20 days !
This crowd quite clearly want you money, but don't want to deal with any issues or problems that arise (SCAM ), or maybe it's just run by John Wayne's relatives!!!! 🤠🤠🤠
Save you time and money and use other supplies !!
If you hadn't made it impossible to speak to anyone, by disabling your phone lines, and blanking emails this issue might of got resolved without having to put a bad review
