Unhappy client

I receive a call about 3 to 4 weeks ago saying I approved for a phne well I accept all terms and conditions.Thy deducted the first installment and its going in for a month now no phone call no sms no email no nothing this is unexplainable and still no phone

Was contacted the 22 June..Great service/ i received what I applied for/Great communication

Was contacted the 22 June... and was told the activation fee and first installment had to go off first which was on the 28th June.. The 29th I received a sms and email to say my phone/handset has been collected by courier and the very next day 30th June I received a sms and email saying my phone/handset is ready for collection which I collected 30min after receiving confirmation of phone/handset being delivered to the store closest to me... extremely happy with my phone/handset but can a consultant please contact me as I have a querie...

This company is a Scam, i have been debited 3 times R549, no phone was delivered, there are no where to be found, they answer calls , i am taking Illegal steps

Fraud an scammers

I took out a contract with africa mobile.. documents where email when I went through them found that the first debit had to go off then the device will be dispatched. The debit went off on the 31 may 2023 and had no correspondence since then with africa mobile. So the actually agreement that I received seems to be false because nothing that they advise has happened. So with no contact from the company i think I have to take further action an open a case of fraud against this company.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Debits are never behind but yet you don't even get what you signed up for. You call their customer service line, there's no answer but all you hear is this stupid song all the way. Never in a single day do you get through to their agents. How do take money and yet not give the benefits?? You can't even recharge if you need to nor even make calls. You don't even get documentation confirming the binding agreement or what you will receive every month.
Your services suck.

I've took out a contact with u guy's I received my phone and never received my airtime data ect 2 payments were pulled off already but never received the rest of the contract as described to me I'm very disappointed in the service 😔

After posting my dissatisfaction with this company, I got the reply that someone was going to contact me the following day 25th of February no body has ever contacted me, further more they debited my account again and I still got no phone, I am taking this matter up with my bank to report this as fraud

They have no way of communication you…

They have no way of communication you can not get hold of them and it doesn't create a good reputation for them, I ordered a phone they told me it will be delivered in three business days after the first debit order the first debit order went off and still not communication.

April is a challenging month with deliveries with all the Public Holidays in effect and i see yours wasn't left with us till after the long weekend so that it didn't sit with the courier company over this time.

Scammed of R560

A lady called me last year November affering me two phones for R560 but I did not get any phones. On my statement I see that on the 28 of November 2022 they debited R560 but unfortunately there were no funds in my account so they didn't get the money.
Now on the 28 February 2023 they debited again and found money this time, now I am paying for something I don't have. This lady insisted that I must do a Debi check so that my application can go through but now I see I was scammed

I was very skeptical at first to take a contract with them, but they assisted me with utmost respect even though i am blacklisted😊
Took out a contract on the 27th of January, sent my documents same day over whatsapp and my first payment went off on the 31st of January and i received the phone after 2 days which i had to go and collect at the Clicks store. Very efficient service. Would definitely recommend friends and family to use this business. Thank you Africa mobile, i love my phone.

I signed up for a cellphone contract…

I signed up for a cellphone contract with them because I am blacklisted and they were able to assist. I did get the phone which was sent to me a few days later, after my first payment was made. I am just happy to have received my phone. I am a very happy girl!
