fantastic experience with agria. super helpful, great communciatin,v ery considerate. only ever hear bad stories about other pet insurance companies from neighbours/friends but personally never ever had an issue with agria.

Excellent, helpful and informative
I spoke to Jenny today over an issue that I was confused about in relation to my claim for ongoing problems with my cat.
Jenny clarified the situation for me and was very helpful indeed. She also suggested adding another nominee to my Policy which was a great idea as my cat is going to stay with my son in a couple of weeks and he can now access Agria if needed.
Jenny also informed me about some rewards and benefits available via the app.
Thank you Jenny, you are excellent at your job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Agria to anyone.
