Adam was brilliant this morning

Adam was brilliant this morning. Helped me update 2 of my policies and gave me great information on my 3rd one. Real pleasure to deal with. I recommend Agria all the way. By far the best insurance company for your four legged best friends. Customer service it brilliant. When they say they’ll ring you back, they do. Just a real pleasure to deal with. Email on their system mis spelt…new customer problems!

Email on their system mis spelt so.never recieved policy documents no email regarding free downloads hamper! This also caused me not getting app access either!

Hopefully I will get emails later today.....will wait to see.

Can't fault good Customer Service I got from the rep today although the automated switchboard leaves much to be desired and had to hang up twice to ring 3rd time to speak with anyone.

Lorna was very helpful

Lorna was very helpful. I telephoned to obtain a schedule of pet insurance on one of my pets and she took me through how to get it through the website but also emailed one that evening and offered to email one for my other pet which wasn’t needed at present.

Agria have made all the difference…

Agria have made all the difference during a very difficult time with our family pet. Nothing was too much trouble. They reassured us and sorted everything out and made what was a difficult time with a badly injured cat a bit more bearable as we didn’t have to worry about sorting things out and making payments we were in no position to pay.
