A heartfelt thank-you to Sarah and the team at A H Freemantle for the compassion, kindness and expertise is dealing with the loss of my brother Michael.
From the very first contact they showed great empathy and professionalism throughout. Sarah was brilliant, making such a difficult time for the family much easier and going above and beyond in dealing with some of the difficulties that we encountered.
My family and I are truly grateful to Sarah and her team in giving my brother Michael the send-off he deserved.

We anticipated the planning of our mums funeral to be really difficult and the expectation of preparing arrangements for mum during COVID would be close to impossible and we certainly came to AH Freemantle feeling lost and out of our depth.. however Sarah offered support and professionalism and guided us through the process perfectly.

Sarah was kind and gentle and we felt so comforted to work with her and ultimately the funeral she delivered was perfect and it was everything for mum we could have wanted.

I am very grateful for all of AH Freemantle’s support and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Your continued support and guidance from last year when my wife was first diagnosed with the illness, was of great personal relief

The final farewell to someone rather precious was handled with such respect and dignity, for which I will alway be in your debt.

We contracted A.H. Freemantle to oversee the funeral arrangements for my wife's mum. From the outset, in what was not the easiest of times and circumstances, the matter was handled by James in an exemplary fashion, which was always friendly and understanding. We were charged a fair rate for all aspects of the agreement. Many thanks to him and his colleagues.

I can't thank Sarah and the team at Titchfield enough for their help with my Mother's funeral on Friday. My Mother passed away just as my Father had been released from hospital and the compassion, patience and professionalism she bought to the process made a very difficult time for the family a lot easier.

A. H. Freemantles arranged the Funeral for my wife, Helen, who died on April 6th 2020. The Funeral Service was held at the Wessex Vale Crematorium on April 23rd, and James of Freemantles helped me through all the arrangements- I would have really struggled without his help, and the other staff at Freemantles.
Everything was done with the greatest Dignity, Compassion, and Professionalism. Given the pandemic circumstances,the Service was beautiful. Due to the live Webcast, friends and relatives in America, Australia, Spain, England and Scotland, were able to be a part of the Service.
Thank you to all at Freemantles, the Scottish Piper, Father John, and the Wessex staff- my Little Lady was given a great send off.

It seems slightly odd, leaving a review for a funeral director, but they were so exceptional for our family recently that I felt I had to acknowledge their service.
Obviously under the current circumstances what could be done was severely limited, but James and his team just made everything right on the day.
We cannot fault the way that the whole process was handled, particularly under very trying circumstances.

Jane and her team were extremely professional, helpful and caring throughout the whole experience. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and the service they provided was exemplary. We thank you for your help in providing a fitting ceremony for my father.

AH Freemantle and in particular Kate are exceptional. They are true professionals, and worked so hard to help me plan and deliver the perfect send off for my Grandad Arthur.

Coronavirus, I’m sure is creating a lot of hurdles for Kate and her team and yet you wouldn’t know it. They continue to do their job with quiet brilliance. As dignified and respectful as always, and for that I applaud them.
I particularly want to say a big thank you to Kate. Grandad was fortunate enough to have met Kate and she made a lasting impression on him. He was adamant that Kate would officiate at his funeral. Today his wish was carried out, Kate delivered the most beautiful, sincere and heartfelt service which meant so much to me and my family and I’m sure Grandad would have approved.

Lovely people, took care of both Mum and Dad within the last 18 months and did an amazing job on both occasions. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

I would like to thank everyone at A H Freemantle Titchfield for the very caring and professional way in which they handled the arrangements for my husband’s funeral. From the first contact with the Company we knew we had made the right decision. Kate at Freemantle’s was exceptional. Kate made sure the arrangements were carried out exactly as my daughter and I wished and made very helpful suggestions.
Kate recommended Lisa Lane as the Celebrant and Lisa was just delightful - warm, friendly and sensitive to our requirements. Many people commented on what an intimate atmosphere Lisa created.
