The moment I met Kate and James at Titchfield I knew I wanted them to look after mum. They were very welcoming, warm and kind. Nothing was too much trouble leading up to mum’s funeral and, on the day, Kate was professional and caring, ensuring that everything at Portchester Crematorium ran smoothly. Their recommendation to use Revd Jim Thomas was spot on. Thank you both so very much for making a stressful and sad time easier to deal with.

I would like to thank all the staff at A.H. Freemantle in Titchfield for the excellent preparation and arrangements for my fathers funeral.

Thank you to everyone at AH Freemantle, Park Gate for your kindness, respect and understanding as I planned my Dad's funeral. My biggest thank you is for all your help in making sure that my dad had a Union Jack on his coffin, a bugler playing the Last Post and for ensuring that my wheelbarrow of flowers and vegetables were placed on top of his coffin as he entered the chapel.
I must also comment on the professionalism of Lisa Lane the Celebrant who you put me in contact with for my dad's service. My family and I couldn't have wished for anyone more perfect, she made me feel that my dad was the most important part of her day as you all did at Freemantle.

My brother Peter, sister Jill and I would like to thank Sarah and her colleagues for the very dignified and respectful way they cared for our mother, Margherita Woosnam, before and after her funeral. Their compassion and professionalism helped the family at such a sad time.

We initially felt daunted about arranging our Dad’s funeral until we met Kate.

Kate provided a caring and sensitive personal service and her attention to detail was outstanding.

With the logistics and admin taken care of so professionally we appreciated the time we had as a family to quietly reflect on our Dad’s life.

Our Dad’s send off was everything we had hoped it would be and Kate played a huge part in making the whole process appear seamless.

Thank you - we used Fremantle in Park Gate, and the staff were so caring and helpful. Our family situation was complex and trying to keep everybody happy with the arrangements was not easy, however Fremantle showed such insight and were so intune with everybodies wishes. We were not rushed to make decisions and they helped us through the process of all the arrangements. They showed such care when family members visited the chapel of rest. A special thank you to James and the lady in the office for their kindness. There words meant a lot.

From the start that I met up with a lady called Dawn to arrange the funeral of my partner of 49 years and 10 months it could not have gone any better. She was very professional and courteous
and sympathetic and organised everything that I asked for.

Their handling of the whole experience was done with dignity, warmth, professionalism, sensitivity and at times (when appropriate) just the right level of light-heartedness.
Their choice of celebrant was spot-on, she was lovely.
It was exactly the sort of service that Dad would have liked, we have received many guest compliments as to how beautiful and appropriate the ceremony was.
The whole experience was seamless and we had the utmost confidence in James that it would all go to plan, which it did.

This firm is second to none . Many obstacles were thrown in their way by family members and they behaved with diplomacy , kindness and tact in very difficult situations. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful building they reside in , how the viewing was handled , to how they conducted themselves on the day of the funeral. I highly recommend them .

I was at a complete loss, although understanding what I needed to do, I was unable to cope.
After first meeting with Jane, I knew there was support at the end of the phone at anytime; looking back, the importance of knowing that cannot be disguised.
Thanks to Jane and all the others at AH Freemantle I was free to be with close family as we prepared for our farewells to Mavis.

Faced with planning a funeral for the unexpected passing of my father was a very daunting and confusing task. After visiting another company which was an awful experience, the service that Sarah & the team in Titchfield gave us was incredible. I cannot recommend them enough.
