Flight cancelled by airline. won't refund
Flight was cancelled because the airport was shut because of flooding. I've contacted them multiples times to refund the money. I'm not sure why it is taking so long and why they are not answering emails.
I will think twice before using this company again.
I suggest you do the same.

We send the confirmation with the tickets to the email adress in the booking as soon as the booking gets confirmed. I can see that the confirmation with the tickets was sent to you 17/12. If you have not received it please check your spam/junk folder if it ended up there.

The only system allowed to get all the way through and actually pay for tickets.

Since the booking system is live with the international booking system used by the majority of airlines and travel agencies, it may happen that the tickets that you tried to book already been reserved for that price by someone else, which means that the prices are constantly changing. In those cases we will notify you and offer you to buy the tickets at the current price which is currently available.
Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
