They canceled my flight the day after I booked it. Never going to use them again!

Don't book anything with them! They are linked to Momondo and Skyscanner but they sell fake ticket prices. Once you booked and paid, you will get an email that the booking didnt go trough and I had to wait for days till I got my money back,

They cancelled my flight 3 months before the trip and they informed I was not untitled of a refund, even though it was clearly writen on their Terms & Conditions, under any circunstances.

Extreme lack of integrity and worst custommer service in the world. Never picked up the phone. Hardly responded to e-mails and when they acctually respond to one, the content of the reply, besides looking like it was written by a child, it is always an attempt to make a fool of you.

After one month of this joke and with almost 1000€ in stake, I send to their office a legal notification of a lawsuit and they finally refund my money BUT with the unfortunate comment that they were doing a gesture of goodwill.

This is the worst travel agency i have ever seen, their support is not assisting properly. If you want to change something in your ticket forget it! it will not happen. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. 1 star is more than enough for them.

I filed up survey yesterday and I am going to say the same.
I would give you mark 5 but I couldn't set the website to English and I do not speak any of the languages you use for your site, it took me lots of time to by ticket. I were looking for tickets on Finn.no but I do not speak Norwegian. It would be good if you make possible to navigate page in English.

Very disappointed by the treatment of the Airngo system.

It is staten on their webpage that Change of date and name on the ticket could be done for 50 us dollars, and the price difference between old and new ticket.

I found out that the ticket on my new wanted date was cheaper than my ordinary ticket, but they still wanted 50 dollars AND in I needed to pay the price for the new ticket! Basically paying for two tickets and a free of 50 us.

Rip off!

They are cheating their customers alot and I will never buy anything from this crappie company.

Takes ages before you get in contact with customer service also, and not possible to call them!

We received the message of cancelled plane tickets on a Saturday. It was impossible to get in touch with Airngo at that time to discuss options since we were offered totally unacceptable replacement tickets. We got in touch with Airngo on Monday after waiting for 30 mins. Be ware! they only answer the phone from 10-13, Monday - Friday. At the end the case got solved, thanks to nice and helpful consultant.

Booked return trip to Trondheim from Bergen, paid extra so that I could change return trip if necessary. Prior to leaving I found out that I needed to return 2 days later than planned.Sent change request on Friday, did not get reply till Monday evening as I could not get on the internet during the day. Email requested that I pay for change prior to 13.00 tried to get in touch with them but they only take phone call between 10 and 13.00 and take 24 hours to replyb to emails.
Ended up with telephone call next day with over 20 mins music followed by 20 mins help to change ticket at an extra cost of 1500 Nok. This company is almost impossible to contact for help -do not work week.ends and only available for 3 hours per day on phone.

Contacted customer service because of a flight change (with the ability for refund). First of all, they said that there was a 3 week wait to see if indeed a refund could be issued (although the european rules say that if the rebooked time does not suit you, you are entitled to a refund). After 4 weeks of no reply from the website, I called them but they never picked up the phone. Even after 1h of waiting on the telephone. This is besides the fact that they have very limited customer support times (10-13 weekdays only).

Booked a return ticket Helsinki - Stockholm. But in the end it was not the price was 14 NOK higher than the total on all payment options. I took a screen shot on that and asked Airngo. Still with the screen shot they did not admit that there were something wrong. They said there would be a discount if I clicked the payment option Bank Access. But that is not true.

Still give them two stars since the price was still cheaper than other options.

The process is a bit annoying with so many extra services offered one after another with huge buttons for the yes and very little ones for the no. In addition in the last page, before making the payment, it does not offer a summary view of the itinerary other than dates.
