Helt OK, after we understood how it functions it went all fine. But : if one does´t have a Norwegian registered telephone it is (I suppose) impossible to buy tickets or rent a car through this site.

Kanskje den dårligste servicen jeg har fått noensinne.
Jeg bestilte feil dato på hjemreise med 1 måned feil. Tar kontakt i håp om hjelp og dette er svaret jeg fikk;

The change is not possible as the airline will not permit any changes at all on the ticket. If you chose to cancel the booking you will not be refunded as the booking is nonrefundable.

Waste of time and money
Extremely slow responses. Took two days before they got back to me. When I wanted to change the ticket, they wanted to charge over double the ticket price to do so.
There is absolute NO reason to go trough this company. Save your money and order yourself.

Completely useless company
Horrible, useless company - STAY WELL CLEAR...
I booked a flight from Oslo to Ålesund on December 30th, on the same day as my departure.
Any normal company would have a customer service, response possibilities - and alteration possibilities if they sell tickets the same day as the customer travels.
First of all this rubbish company's opening hours are THREE HOURS a day from Monday to Friday, and of course not in the holidays.
And when I made them aware that I weren't able to make use of the ticket in question, I got a rude and extremely little serviceminded response.
I will NEVER use this company again, or any of it's subsidaries, and I strongly encourage other people to stay well clear of this rubbish company.....
