Worst experience I’ve ever had in its a company. Absolutely horrific experience. 50+ calls not getting anywhere and when we did speak to the lady, she just said the driver would be there soon. Waited almost 3 HOURS for them to come. Do NOT give this company your car.

Wish I’d have read the reviews before! Hopefully this will help others. Please only book directly through the airport. Ruined our holiday.

Do not book with this company!!! We paid for meet & greet at Heathrow and was given a number to call on arrival. We called the number who had no confirmation of our booking and weren't willing to come and collect our car. We then rang Airport Global Services direct who pushed us from Pillar to post just telling us to contact the first number!

Picked up our order after waiting 45 minutes, chicken tikka very nice, but the other currys not nice at all, chicken was of poor quality, naan breads where good though. Maybe try the veggie option next time

They tell you to call them 10 - 15 mins before collecting or leaving your car. We had to wait 40 minutes for our car after calling them when we landed which meant my husband missed his train in Perth. Not good service

Please do not use these cowboys. Rang them when the plane landed. Guy on the phone could hardly speak english. Then rang them to say got my language. After seven hours of flight, waited an hour for them to bring my car. On top had to pay £5 when i left the car at the car park then £15 on tje way out. Will never use them again. Also staff had an attitude when i was ringing them to say where is the car.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR Edinburgh meet and greet service as they are the same company.
They charged us for 3 cars, £55.91 each, we followed the instructions to drop off after 47 calls they did not turn up.
We then had to take the cars to the long stay car park as we needed to check in.
Having emailed several times they eventually refunded the £55.91 for the 3 cars but having paid £176 per car in long stay we still are fighting for that.
PLEASE be aware they are still trading, they have scammed people at airports all over the country and the police and fraud team are charging them currently.
The good reviews on here are no real either.

Made my booking on Saturday evening with a view to using this service the next day at Manchester Airport, on the Sunday morning, but then had to cancel suddenly well WITHIN an hour of making the booking. They have since refused to give me a refund saying, "... We will not be able to process you a refund as our cancellation policy states that you must provide us with a cancellation notice at a minimum of three clear working days prior to the date of your departure." Considering I never made the booking with three days to spare, how could I provide them with three days notice? They did not make their Terms & Conditions clear upon booking. I have since read other very negative reviews about this outfit. Lesson Learnt: ALWAYS research a new company online before deciding to use their service. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I'm pursuing my refund.

Absolutely disgusted at the service. We was told to call when we got off the plane and once we received our baggage and someone will bring the car to exactly where we got dropped. An hour and a half later, and 20+ calls deep, we was still sat waiting. The man on the phone kept telling us it was on the way but clearly wasn’t as the car park is literally a 5/10 minute drive away. When it finally arrived, we then received a call to let us know they was in a completely different part to where we got dropped and we had to go and find them! Will never be using again, stay clear of this unprofessional, unreliable company!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Trying to cancel booking for days. can't cancel by phone just email. I had to send 5 emails and 5-6 phone calls to cancel. And charged twice for cancellation fee. Still no refund in my bank account. Don't recommend to use them.Not professional.

Absolutely shocking. Do not use. No parking provided and still no refund given.

WE DID NOT SEE THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY STILL HAVE OUR CASH. THEY WERE NOT THERE ON OUR DEPARTURE AND WE NEARLY MISSED OUR FLIGHT AND ON RETURN THEY HAD LOST OUR KEYS AND TURNED UP 2 HOURS LATE!!! THEY SAID WE WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT GUESS WHAT NO CHANCE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Guys, don't use them !!!! It's scam!
I bought the parking for 2 weeks to find out that provider doest recognise my booking number and can not help me. Ended up booking another car park in last minute before departure. I don't understand what they still exists! I lost all my money plus it cost me a lot stress.

Great price, great service and great staff.100% recommend and will use company again.

I bought a meet and greet package with the company. I have to say I cannot fault them at all. Great service from start to finish. Half price airport fee. Will definitely book again Thank you.

Can only agree with everyone else’s comments.no car when we got back - apparently no drivers so we were given an address to get taxi to 20 mins away. No car there so now in middle of nowhere had to get taxi home. £300 later no comms from them we did eventually find the car so drove 1.5 hours back to get it. Caravan park with. A basket of keys for ‘anyone’ to help themselves to. We have video evidence of the fact anyone could just take any car but still not received and money back. Most expensive trip ever had. If you read reviews before booking them don’t book. We didn’t read reviews so won’t make that error again

This a total scam organisation. No one to assist. I couldn't find the car park. Its not in the postcode stated. Tried calling 10-15 times for about 3 hours. 1 number not working & no one picks the other & no calls returned!!! I nearly missed my flight and had to park elsewhere. Investigations at Companies house shows sole director Sultan Khan, registered on 13/2/20, compulsory strike order on 8/6/21, and worth only £38 & just £1 share worth!! I am starting court proceedings.

Wish I had read other reviews before I booked. They cancelled my booking last minute claiming there had been a fire at the car parks and said I would get a refund within 3-5 working days. No refund came and it was extremely difficult to get in contact with the company. When I did make contact the staff are extremely rude and continuously hang up calls. They gave various differing reasons for the cancellation such as the systems had changed causing overbooking then that the barriers were broken. I have eventually received the refund after continuously calling and emailing them for weeks.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Shocking service. Cancelled last minute with no notice or even an email leaving us with no parking. Extremely rude on the phone and have now been trying 9 days to get my refund and keep being either shouted at or hung up on. Cheap scam they should be taken down!!

Booked this through Ryanair and this name wasn't given as the parking provider.
Drop off and pick up went very smoothly. This was at Leeds Bradford Airport. However we realised on the way home that an additional 117 miles was on the clock and the fuel tank had gone down by 10 litres.
No response to any queries sent. I suspect from reading other reviews our car was used to taxi drivers to and from the airport to pick up other cars.
Would never use again.

PLEASE READ PREVIOUS COMMENTS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cancel your booking with less than 24 hours before flight and no refund has yet been received. No answer to phone, email or online chat. This feels like a complete scam and I really hope I can save other people from looking their money.
