Had to cancel. We had free cancellation.
We had to cancel 22/12/20. It’s now 5th January and still waiting for a refund. We’ve had all monies back from airlines, hotels and car hire yet this company are still sitting on our money!

Bought 2 lots of parking, both with cancellation protection. Had to cancel on October 14th 2020. I was told it would take 30 days for a refund. It's 2nd Dec 2020 and I'm still waiting. Dozens of emails, dozens of calls and they will not respond or pay me my refund. Avoid at all costs!
