Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever

I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week. I have tried emailing them, no one ever replies back. I have tried calling them every single weekday for the past 10 days. I have been on hold for 3-4 hours every day and no one ever answers. Worst customer service ever.

RUN FOLKS

RUN FOLKS! DON'T WALK!!!!!!! RUN !!!
How do you run a business, if you don't have a HUMAN BEING to answer the 'AI responding' (only) phone number provided? I signed up, and was supposed to get a free phone, but instead I got a SIM card.
There is no automated response to THAT question!!!
I think this is a nasty/hateful little way to do business! This is why your reviews are so INCREDIBLY bad.
I am TRULY disgusted.
I refuse to put that SIM card in my phone. It's going in the garbage as soon as I post this review.
DON'T DO IT FOLKS.

New phone disconnects from their service 7x in 2 weeks.

Started new unlimited data service at the end of December 2023 which included remanufactured Samsung phone* . Starting this February the service would disappear n the connection icon would show a circle with a line through it- a phone call would cause the message: "you are not connected to a network " to appear.

The awful customer "service ", (after waiting 20+ minutes to reach someone) claimed i had "spotty service " in my area, the same area I've lived in for 24 years and Never had this happen before. I get 4 bars on the service icon regularly but they insisted it was AT&Ts poor service area causing the problem.

Meanwhile I have NO tethering ability with this service and they say i have to pay extra for this, contrary to their promotional ads claims.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GARBAGE COMPANY with their Spanish-is-our-only-language totally inept operators. Every time I call they tell me something completely different about my plan n data amount.

DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THEIR HYPE. PASS THEM BY.

*their website claimed this phone was BRAND NEW and listed the price accordingly. However the remanufactured phone i got was $100 cheaper. This is FRAUD.

Addendum: i spent over an hour trying to reach customer disservice today after they disconnected my call . Call kept going in a loop asking for the same information. After 4th time I hung up.
