As reported-these people are frauds. I ordered an L sweater-they sent XXL. They won't answer on phone-only email. They wanted me to mail the sweater to a UK address-when you look it up it is a residential address-option to refund me 20% of the cost-19.99 for a payment of 57.98. I have a dispute now hoping Mex won't pay them or can flag them-they are based in China.

Absolute scam of a company! Ordered three pairs of pants that looked amazing in the photos, but what arrived was cheap, ugly garbage that looked nothing like the pictures – terrible quality, wrong sizes, and fabric that feels like dollar-store trash. Their return policy is a total joke: no free returns, they offer a pathetic 20% refund to keep the junk or make you pay for shipping back yourself. Website lies about warehouse locations (UK one email, Australia another – obviously shipping from China). Fake reviews plastered everywhere. Filed a chargeback because these frauds don’t deserve a dime. Avoid AldenYork at all costs . Google won’t let me give 0 star .

Since September I’ve been trying to get my $80 refund where I returned this item of a sweatsuit with two different leg sizes one long the other short. The pockets were sewn upside down and the material was polyester.

It’s now December 2025 and still saying I will get my refund 2-5 days.

I went to the post office to return the item certified where I could get a return signature. It was received.

They’re operating a factory out of a house in Jamaica Queens NY. Package delivered I returned to them to that same address.

They’re operating also from CHINA and told me I should send the package to London 🤔🤬🤯 how could I do that if it’s already received in Queens NY🤔

Do not order anything online from
Alden York. They also don’t want to refund you even if you send the item back

Wrong size. would not give full refund once I returned the clothing. To return I would have to send to United Kingdom. Shipping cost was $153. Told them they sent wrong size, but that di not seemt o make a difference. They just offered 40% refund and keep Jackets. Wish I had checked

I ordered 2 track suits in October 2025...1 for me and 1 for my husband and yes I ordered the wrong size per my husband for my husband...we did receive our order in which the quality is definitely not good quality...but I wanted to return my husbands and get a refund....I read the refund policy and it had no return address to return the merchandise...I sent several emails and NEVER received a response so I will NEVER order from this fake company ever again and I advise ANYONE & EVERYONE to NOT order from this company. You have been warned....

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Aldin York. Someone close to me purchased a clothing item from their website, but what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised. The quality, appearance, and overall product did not match the photos or description online.

When we tried to contact the company for a return or refund, we received no response at all. Multiple attempts through email and their website went unanswered.

After looking further into the company, we discovered that many other customers online reported similar issues — products not matching the listings, no customer service response, and difficulty getting refunds.

Although the website presents the products as coming from Japan, the package we received was processed and shipped through 182-30 150th Rd, Jamaica, NY 11413, which appears to be a warehouse used by various online sellers. This raised additional concerns for us, especially after seeing other reviews mentioning the same address.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Aldin York. If you're considering buying from them, proceed with caution and check recent customer reviews first.

This company is bogus...do not waste your time or money. The online store is fake, and they never intend on sending you your product. I had to get my bank involved to receive my refund.

I’d give zero stars if possible. The ‘company’, advertising on Facebook, is a complete scam. Articles never arrive, and although they repeatedly promise a refund, it is never given. My credit card is currently negotiating a dispute with them to get a refund. Again NEVER Order from the.com online version.

I saw a website with high quality appeals and bought $412.48 worth of items online. I thought the online store was legitimately located in the US. Although I am in the process of taking additional legal actions, I want readers to be careful because all of the items I bought are made up of very poor quality fabrics, smelly, some of the sizes are too large to wear (3XX), and more. As the store is physically non-existent, has no telephone number or known address, the only way to communicate is an email.

The worst! Don’t ever order anything from this company. Poor quality nothing like they show you in pics, send me the wrong sizes and never gave me instructions to make a return ! Dont waste your money

They are scammers! I tried to return my husband's shoes he bought which were poor quality and just plain cheap looking and they kept trying to offer me other deals as they did not want them back. I ended up sending them back (which was not even a office or any type of professional business place-address was a residence) and to this day have not received a refund. BEWARE...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I ordered the Arden Cargo Sweatpants expecting something premium but what I received was disappointing. The material feels like cheap polyester, thin and shiny, nothing close to the "luxury cotton blend" they advertise. The fit was completely off; the pants were oversized and baggy even though I ordered my usual size.

After one wear the fabric started pilling and the seams looked weak. Customer service didn’t help at all. Overall, terrible quality, poor sizing and not worth the price.

I ordered what was advertised as a 100% merino wool turtleneck, but when it arrived the tag clearly said polyester. The fabric felt cheap and synthetic, nothing like real wool. After just one wear it started pilling and the neck lost its shape.

Shipping from France took almost a month, and returning it costs €20, which makes no sense for such poor quality. The product looks and feels like low-end factory clothing, definitely not luxury. Very disappointed and won’t buy from Alden York again.

Very deceptive advertising. Sizes are meaningless, they seem to send whatever they have. Fabrics are not as advertised. Returns are next to impossible w/o extortion-like shipping fees. Ordered 2 “highest quality” wool sweaters size XL, they sent horrible nylon sweaters, the bag was marked 3X, but they were a medium at best. No labels on sweaters as to maker, fabric, etc.
We finally settled on a 50% refund.
Avoid the company like the plague.

If you want cheap chinese clothing that take a lot if time to get, this is your company My recommendation is to shop at a legitimate company like Amazon

I'm extremely disappointed with Alden York and honestly feel like this was a scam operation.
What Went Wrong:

Ordered 100% LINEN shirts, received POLYESTER garbage instead
Waited 16 days for delivery
Return shipping cost was outrageous and NOT mentioned anywhere on their website
They tried to get me to keep the fake product with a measly 20% refund

The Runaround:
When I first complained, they offered me a "partial refund" to keep the polyester shirts I never ordered, or a "free replacement" where I'd still have to pay shipping. Are you kidding me? I paid $342.92 for linen and got polyester!
I asked if they even had a US address because the whole thing felt like a scam. They gave me an address in Peekskill, NY, but I still wasn't convinced this was legitimate.
Only Fixed It After Threats:
It wasn't until I told them I had contacted my bank to dispute the charge AND that I was filing complaints with the FTC, BBB, and my state's consumer protection agency that they suddenly offered a full refund with no return required. Funny how that works, right?
Bottom Line:
They only did the right thing when I threatened legal action and chargebacks. The fact that they send you completely different products than advertised and then make it nearly impossible to return feels very much like a scam to me.

I ordered a shirt in size Large and was sent a XXL instead. Mistakes happen, but what followed was incredibly frustrating. I exchanged over 17 emails with customer service just to get the correct size, and they repeatedly asked me to pay $14.99 for shipping to receive the shirt I had already paid for.

After a long and exhausting back-and-forth, they finally agreed to cover the shipping, but then sent me a “confirmation” email still asking for the $14.99. At that point, I just gave up.

Overall, this was one of the most unnecessarily difficult online shopping experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend Alden York, unless you’re okay with getting the wrong item and paying extra to fix their mistake.

product doesn't have any labels, material looks like was man made fabric, was advertised as a silk.
product doesn't fit , it had a dust on a product , came from China
it is a real scam company
