I'd give them zero stars if I could

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Robbing sods. I never signed up for this rubbish. I've received costs from my mobile provider. I tried to reply with STOP, but the messages are never sent. I even went onto their website to contact them & following this I received an email welcoming me to their service.

I've had to get my mobile provider to put a stop on any calls/texts that cost money so at least they can't charge me any more.

Raise your complaint

Exactly the same issue as so many others, no idea how I am subscribed, asked them to stop, they sent me an email and a text saying they would. Reported to Action Fraud then OfCom and eventually the PSA, who deal with paid phone service complaints. They were great and are aware of this issue but need as much evidence of what is happening as possible so that they can take action. You could contact them on 0300 303 0020 but better than this go straight to their website which is:
psauthority.org.uk. You can raise your complaint with them and send them any supporting evidence so that they can take action. In the meantime good luck.

Scam, scam, scam

Again dont want to give any stars. Everyone who has done a review on this company also have a look at SB7 mobile on Trust pilot. Sound familiar. They are interlinked. As I said on my review I have reported SB7 to Action fraud. I suggest all reviewers here do the same with this company (I say the term loosely)

Try to download the Iceland app and this came up. Replied STOP and it’s still continues to take my money. A total scam! I have now called the number to unsubscribe. It says it take s1 business to receive notification. If I do t get a response and this continues I will report them for breach of GDPR to the ICO.

Big fat scam.I thought I was downloading the ASDA…

I thought I was downloading the ASDA app.
I then found out that it was this Alerts4u which charges £1.50 every time it sends you a text. It’s a big fat scam and the government should shut them down. I have been on to my mobile company who have given me a phone number to try to cancel this. I have also texted 88222 which email says to do to cancel but who knows. I will need to chase this up on Monday again. People think they are downloading apps for stores etc and they are not.

Why have they taken my money? This is a scam.

For some reason this company has taken money from my account on four separate occasions in the last few days. I contacted them to find out why and they wouldn't give me an answer. They have my email address as well and sent a link to get the money refunded. I had to give my bank details in the link. No way would I do that. I phoned them back and asked them to refund the money. They can't do that without my bank details. Why not? They took the money, without my permission, at exactly the same time of day, on four separate occasions. I have asked for somebody to phone me and explain what I've signed up for. The lady I spoke to, Mary, said I'd only get the same answers as she's given me. None.

They don’t deserve even one star

They don’t deserve even one star. Terrible company, they use the opportunity when applying for something else to catch people out. I tried to cancel subscription by texting STOP to the number given but this didn’t work. Called their customer service department which is strange as it rings and you think you have been cut off but I spoke and someone answered. She didn’t quibble at cancelling the subscription, Im hoping she has! She sent a link for a reimbursement but I don’t feel comfortable giving bank details to a company like this.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. I was setting up an account on Just Park, parking app and did not notice that an alternative page had opened up on top the Just Park app I closed it down as I became unhappy with what I was filling in before finishing it. I got texts from them so I sent a text to 88222 " STOP" within 2 minutes of closing the page I then phoned them but still kept sending texts. They will not pay back the £9.14. The Money was taken from my Phone account as I don't have banking details on my phone they say they will pay back the money if I give them my bank or PayPal details. i do not trust them TOTAL SCAM

Scanned a QR code at a Kwik Fit branch…

Scanned a QR code at a Kwik Fit branch and got rewarded with this scam. Already had charges and unsubscribed hoping they don't continue as this will mean further time spent. What is the real use of this company does anyone really get any benefit out of it? Has the company bothered to respond to all these negative comments? Yes steer clear.
