Completely unethical business- AVOID
Took fees for visa application from my elderly father despite him not having the documents required. I had to step in as his power of attorney and request that they refund the fees as they shouldn’t have taken on his case in the first place. They have proceeded to ignore my emails and phone calls and have conned a vulnerable man out of £5400. Disgusting behaviour. Would certainly not recommend

Since leaving this review Alison law contacted me ask that I remove the review and wouldn't look into my case unless I agreed to do so.
They also have a clause in their client contract that prevents clients from posting negative reviews about the firm during their retainer.
They're basically bullying and intimidating people A completely unethical firm that I would avoid at all costs.
No work has been done by Alison Law yet £5400 fees have been paid and they are now refusing to engage with me to get this resolved. I’m not surprised they’re being investigated by trust pilot. I wouldn’t be surprised if all positive reviews are false.
Have reported them to both the SRA and legal ombudsman

You contacted the firm in August 2023 to assist your father, you notified us in writing on 5th September 2023 regarding the Power Of Attorney. A member of staff then spoke to you and discussed the issues surrounding the application and you informed us your father is unable to obtain the documents to support the application, during this discussion you informed us you will assist with the documents and provide us with an update. You contacted the firm on 13th September 2023 cancelling the services.
Your father instructed the firm on 24th August 2022 you confirmed the instructions in 02nd September 2022. You were fully aware of the instructions and only today you have left this review over a year later stating the firm took advantage of your father? In order to progress any visa application the firm would need to be in possession of the supporting documents you / your father have not provided any documents for us to proceed with.
Your review is not accurate and therefore we will challenge this legally as you have no intention but to attempt to recover fees not due.

Successful Admin Review
We worked with Alison law to submit my mother's Admin Review for her visa cancellation at the border due to a misleading assumption made by them. First point of contact at Alison Law, Hussain, was extremely helpful in giving me advice in the right direction, understanding my family's needs and quickly setting me up as a client. Nadeem, the caseworker was prompt in submitting the Admin Review, building the right arguments and then submitting the necessary documents. Although, very busy in their work and not always able to return a call instantly, they are very diligent with the work and deadlines. And to my utter delight, within a day of full submission, we actually received a successful result from Home Office, with the original decision to cancel visa being overturned, all thanks to Alison Law and this wonderful team of people. Will work with them for any future needs.

WOW I don’t even know where to begin our whole experience from paying for the fiancé/spouse visa has been horrendous ,I have nothing good to say about this company
I ended up taking 3 weeks of work due to stress mine and my now husband’s whole future was in their unprofessional hands ,Nadeem is a terrible person making us suffer never returning calls or emails getting the people on reception to do his dirty work he’s on a call ,he’s in a meeting, he’s out of the office the excuses were never ending
They didn’t even submit our application my husband had to print everything out in Tunisia the day before all our paper work,pics,proof of relationship the whole lot it’s been a nightmare from start to finish we nearly lost our relationship at one point
Then the spouse visa was due to be submitted for a certain date before the 6 months ran out, we started emailing and calling 2 weeks after my husband arrived in the UK asking what the next step was every day we called or emailed I have it all documented
We had no contact with them until just under 14 days before the visa ran out,they submitted it 1 day after our final date so god knows how that will affect our spouse visa decision
So much has happened I could go on and on
We have been advised to file a complaint with the SRA

Avoid Alison Law at all cost
We were using Alison Law to help with my wife’s UK visa, 8 months later we have no visa I have spent over £4000 and am waiting for them to retract the application because they made basic error’s so it will be rejected if it proceeds. (we found this out at the biometric appointment) Alison Law are now ignoring me. Not returning emails and phone calls. So we can’t even apply with a different company. My wife lost faith in them earlier in the possess and wanted to change companies, I foolishly stuck with them. The stress this is coursing is unbelievable. DO NOT have anything to do with them!!!
