Terrible quality, Terrible customer service
I purchased an abaya in late 2023 for £55. It wasn’t worn until recently, and after only two uses, the buttons started falling off. To make matters worse, I’ve now seen the exact same abaya being sold for just £10 on TikTok Shop. I feel completely exploited. When I reached out for support, I received no help at all.

Thank you for reaching out. As it has been over two years since your purchase, we are unable to offer a replacement. This particular abaya has been discontinued. Based on the image you provided, it appears that a stitch has come loose this can be easily repaired by sewing. Since then, we’ve made significant improvements to the quality of our products.
This abaya was one of our original designs, and while it has since been widely copied by other companies, we continue to maintain our standards of quality. That said, if you prefer to purchase an abaya from TikTok Shop for £10, you are, of course, free to do so.

Extremely beautiful abayas
Extremely beautiful abayas, I bought two so far. I think they are worth the price. Sizing is perfect too, the simple designs, materials and stitching is really good, they make the abayas look luxurious - got many compliments too! Comes with a hijab and slip dress so it doesn’t make me waste time looking for alternatives.

I loved the matching abayas I ordered for me and my daughter from here! The sizes are adjustable and they have different lengths to choose from which is perfect for me because I’m tall and struggle to find long abayas. They shipped pretty quickly to the US as well.

Ruined out Eid
We ordered matching outfit for myself, my daughter, and husband. They cancelled my daughter item and sent out last minute notification. They sent the wrong outfit for myself but somehow they got my husband item right! Thank you for RUINING my Eid. Only 3 days left until Eid

To their defense, they did send an email informing us that the product was sold out; however, it went to my junk mail and was only discovered once I reached out to them via social media.
They also apologised, offered to exchange my outfit, and offered to provide a size up for my daughter.
In conclusion, my feedback to the team is to ensure that the correct items are sent out and to keep better track of stock levels. As a small business, customer service and reliability are key to retaining customers. I am happy to change my star rating from 1 to 4.

jannat abaya experience!
Although the white jannat wasn’t available, I bought the black one. The quality of the abaya and the customer service via Instagram is really good. Really fast shipping, they also give fast responses and also have a returns policy unlike other abaya companies which is good to see!

Frustrating Experience – Missing Items & Damaged Package
I ordered internationally and wouldn’t recommend it. My package arrived damaged and missing items. At first, I thought the missing items got lost because the package was broken, but when I asked customer service, they insisted everything had been packed—and the email order confirmation said the same.
When I checked with FedEx, they told me only one item was actually listed on the invoice, meaning the missing items were never sent in the first place. Super unprofessional. They did refund me, but the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth the hassle.

The most stunning abaya
I bought a brown abaya in the sale last summer and finally got the chance to wear it to an iftaar event this Ramadhan. I must say it is the most stunninggg abaya, loved everything about it from the material, the embroidery design on the base, the cut and flow of it etc. it was so beautiful to style and wear and all the girlies were asking about it at the event.
