I’ve ordered from Al Kareem a few times as I really love the quality and design of their abayas and they are reasonably priced too.
Customer service is on point. I have always had a quick response to any queries and delivery has always been really fast.
Overall very happy with my experience with Al Kareem and always excited to see their new releases.

Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company. I had bought an abaya from them in April in size 56 as per their sizing chart. The abaya was too long so I emailed them the day after I received the item asking for an exchange. I emailed them multiple times as well as contacted them through tiktok and Instagram, including commenting on their posts, but no one responded for over two weeks. I then reported this to my credit card company as I was worried and needed a way to contact them. They then disputed the charge with Alkareem. After almost 3 weeks since I contacted them, they finally responded and agreed to exchange my item. They also contacted me regarding the dispute and asked why I did not email them before disputing the transaction. I told them that I had multiple times and this was only due to them not responding to me and I would ask for the money to be returned as I urgently need the abaya and have no interest in keeping the money. After receiving the abaya I sent back to them, they then told me they would not be sending a replacement as I had disputed the initial charge. I told them I would need the exchange and they will get their money back, to which they replied they are unable to send the item out and have appealed the dispute. I’m not sure why they thought they could keep the abaya as well as get their money back? Very unprofessional company. They take forever to respond and have no skills in customer service. As an abaya company they should be ashamed of their behaviour.
Faulty products, rude customer service
Ordered the Zara-inspired abaya which has beads on the sleeve. When I received it, the beads weren't sown on properly on one sleeve, and the abaya also came with stains. I reached out to them via Instagram and they offered a partial refund or return. I chose the partial refund as the beads seemed to be fixable, however the next day the beads on the other sleeve completely fell off. The abaya was faulty and unwearable. I reached out to them and they refused to return or exchange my item. I told them that by law they must reimburse faulty products, but the person running the Instagram account claimed they don't accept returns on clearance items, and responded with 'I've explained once and I won't explain again' when I insisted. They also did not respond to my official complaint via email.
For an Islamic business that posts verses from the Quran, their customer service is anything but Islamic and they sell faulty goods, which they won't allow us to refund. They also delete comments on their page where people have similar complaints, and only re-post the positive comments on their stories.
My daughter ordered 2 abayas by…
My daughter ordered 2 abayas by mistake, she requested for the cancellation straight after placing the order and heard nothing until she emailed the company again after recieving shipment confirmation email.
The owner agreed for the item to be returned.
When she tried on the second one and it didn't fit her and she asked if she could return it and they have refused.
Firstly this is supposed to be an islamic site selling islamic items, stating on their page and I quote "May our products benefit you in this life to gain the Akhira"! And this company are ripping of people from their halal earnings!
Secondly according to gov.uk it clearly states it is illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their right for example a sign that says YOU DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS!
Having explained this to the company via email I would have expected some kind of correspondence but unfortunately as they ignored my daughters emails they ignored mine.
Avoid shopping from this site, absolutely unprofessional.
