dont buy here

dont buy here, these are scammers.
They blackmail their customers to get positive reviews.

Update : i've tried to contact your support team but I dont get answered

Second update: they've finally responded.

Third update: They now also took a cancellation fee from my account and say they will only refund if I give them a 4/5 star rating.

They also dictate exactly what you need to say in your review and tell you what you can't say.

Be aware of these scammers

Smooth help

Would have been higher if I hadnt had…

Would have been higher if I hadnt had such a misleading process in the first place. I just wanted to order one item, and I was tricked into subscribing/membership which I didnt want. Getting my money back was not the easisest as it involved several emails, I hadnt even realised Id been charged until I checked bank statements several weeks later! And because of all this, I never got the small steam brush I originally wanted for my cat! You need to completely re-do your advertising and ordering systems! And make sure people know what currency they are ordering in! Take people to a simple ordering website where there is no confusion, no fishhooks! Good clear marketing is worth gold! And many more happy customers!
