I recently purchased a "Drive Devilbiss Enigma XS Aluminium wheelchair" from Allcare. The support I received from Colin at Allcare was tremendous - helping me to make an informed decision as to what the best product would be for my disabled wife.

It was delivered directly from the manufacturer within 24hrs, but the delivery company crushed the packing so badly that the box burst open at either end and one wheel was bent.The delivery guy ran off before I had any chance to reject the delivery.

None of this was the fault of Allcare - but the support I received to solve this problem was nothing short of wonderful. Within 24hrs, I had a new wheelchair delivered (by another courier) which was 100% OK.

I repacked the damaged wheelchair into the new packaging and phoned Allcare - who had already arranged a returns number. A courier will pick it up tomorrow.

In life, problems do arise. As irritating as they may be, it is how they are resolved that matters.

fast delivery, excellent tracking, received 2 x MK batteries, fitted them to stair lift, charged overnight,now working normally. only difference is original batteries were FR T2, and these are not. I believe that FR stands for flame retardent, have not a clue what T2 means. much less expensive than having them fitted by call out.
