DHL o.k up to point of delivery but then terrible. We were in for next day delivery (Friday) as urgent but driver reported 'couldn't deliver'. May have gone to wrong address. Was changed to 'next working day' which because of the Bank Holiday Monday was today (Tuesday)! Driver tapped gently on front door, which fortunately our cleaner heard. By the time she opened the door he had dumped the parcel and run off! Were we meant to sign for it?

This is an excellent company
This is an excellent company. I wanted to buy some power chair batteries and wanted to know about reclaiming vat. The chap I spoke to was most courteous and polite, he explained the changes HMRC has made which means that someone as disable as I am cannot reclaim so well done HMRC. I ordered my batteries at 10.40am and they were delivered the next day at midday. Awesome service by a thoughtful company. I have recommended this company to friends and family
