Purchased Rollator after many, many online search hours. Once I decided upon what I wanted I googled until I came across All Care, who's price was a lot cheaper than their competitors online.

Ì ordered with a hope of receiving next day delivery, but after ordering I noticed it did not appear to have been dispatched. I emailed company to query but whilst revisiting the site I noticed this item had to be ordered earlier in the day as it was coming direct from the manufacturer. I still received an out of hours reply and was told even through the mistake was mine, they would still,try and get it to me on Saturday. I received an update the item had been dispatched but received Monday. At around 9.10 on Monday I received a call from the company apologising I had not received earlier.m. This was much appreciated, especially as the initial error was mine alone.

I bought the bath/shower seat for my son as he has recently had part of his leg amputated. This seat makes showering a lot easier for him & I would recommend the product.
