All positive feedbacks here are NOTHING BUT an ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE BS !! LIES !! Allchinabuy is nothing but a SCAM . You buy an item for $35 and keep paying for EVERY STEP .. fees , fees , FEES , FEES , packing , repacking , taking a photo , RETAKING a detailed photo , shipping, shipping to storage , $67.19 to USA , then another shipping cost $14.50 to your home . Avoid at ANY cost

I have tried many other agents, however AllChinaBuy is the best. I have found with ACB the shipping is significantly cheaper, the QC process is much more personalised, the staff are friendly, and all the items are delivered much quicker.

We order baggy jean short cost like $13. Even after a month didn't receive. When I contacted on allchinabuy.com under my order using online chat. They said it is in a warehouse in California and you must like $20 to have delivered in oregon Portland. WHAT A SCAM!!!!
i called my credit card company Capitalone and have transaction canceled. After 3 days later,
I try to login to allchinabuy website. THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!

Horrible experience,
first i order a item and they take like 3 days to order it and i have to wait 1 week before being able to urge the seller.
And even after i urge the seller it seems like it does nothing while on other agents the urging always works and when it finnaly reaches the warehouse they take like 2 days to take the QC and it is so bad
and when i want to order a custom QC they take another 3 days and then i see a big flaw but cant return anymore because for some reason only 5 day return so now i have items that are bad in my warehouse.
Also i saw some screenshots of mod Yuri saying they are exit scamming idk if it is true but it is a ACB worker saying it so i withdraw all my money i also saw people talking about how they are not getting refunds

I wanted to ship a 5 kg haul and the first issue was that I was forced to put my adress in englisch but I live in germany. And then they wanted to deliver it and it got to germany but then It got sent back to allchina buy because of the englisch adress. So I paid for shipping and everything and now they refuse to pay for the shipping costs even tho it was their fault.

I got scammed for 4 orders i bought 4 items 1 wasn’t even shipped and they didn’t refund me to original payment method only to credit balance one I paid to get shipped out warehouse and did not even get shipped the other 2 i shipped out and bought and it says they cancelled my order because my account is locked and asking me for a screenshot of dispute with bank without offering me a refund. Honestly ridiculous lost around over £120

Why my payment not workings many times and when it finnaly working I ship out and then my agent say my haul is 8kg (after over estimate is gone) while it is 6kg according to DHL???? AND WHEN I CONTACT SUPPORT THEY IGNORE ME never gonging to use this again I miss PANDABUY

My Stussy t-shirty was really good. Arrived a lot faster that I expected. A wee bit tricky navigating their websites but I got there in the end.

The mods (Yuri) of their discord server muted me for 24h for saying sybau. nothing happened to the 200 others saying it. I confronted them about it and their community started flaming me. so I fought back and they perma banned me from their discord, worst agent for sure. hope they get raided😡
