Orderned glasses for my company, they all came in broken and scratched, I have contacted customer service multiple times, I have sent photos of the scratches and broken glasses and they refuse to give me a refund.

The logistics is too expensive, the operation is too slow, and I have been waiting for more than ten days but there is no result.

This was a horrible experience. First of all i had to pay double for everything after i paid full price already. I also got 7 items. And to top it all of i didn´t even get my items. I paid for the shipping but never got my items. Overall just a horrible experience dont recommend.

This is an honest review unlike all of the botted one, I ordered around 1.6 kg and had to pay 28$ when the estimator said 14-16, received my items 17 days later but qc came in quickly and costumer service was good.

Allchinabuy is a scam i ordered a month ago and the items are in warehouse and i cant even ship it out because there Are only risky shipping Lines and they wont give me a refund either

best agent in my opinion, the web its a bit weird but fast and with a lot of featurings!

They are not worth the effort.
2 weeks of continous problems and wrong attitudes from this agent.
1. They are very slow; takes one week just to confirm order and good luck if you have a conversation with them. If you wake up early you may get to 2 messages in one day.
2. They are either trying to scam you or they are simply dumb. I ordered 3 products from a seller I negotiated with, from 1688.com. I filled an order and payed the negotiated price, then 3 days later they request me to pay the difference of price because "it does not correspond with the price on the seller's page". After I told them what to do, they responded with "you still need to pay".
3. After reaching out for help, they made fun of me and refused to help.
4. I had another order. Frozen without reason also.

At the date of this review, nothing was solved. It is a complete circus and I will never use their services again. The arrogant responses you get after you politely request help are just unbelievable.

P.S. Their coupons apply only to orders over 350 RMB, which is about 53 dollars.

I wish I could say something good about them but nothing good happened since I opened an account to them.

Kinda fast in contrast of the other agents, customer service really great, if you search the clothes and sellers through spreadsheets and find trustable sellers you'll never get scammed

Currently the best agent, it is a better alternative to cnfans, faster shipping, good communication, cheap shipping. I ordered 2 packages there, one came in 10 days to Poland, and the other only in a week!!! I highly recommed

Definitely don’t buy with this company. They take your money don’t send the good as for more money for postage won’t refund and insist on communicating with a Child !! I find very suspicious they know my child has mental health issue that they will email me asking for more information about the purchase and accept it from me but refuse to talk to me about the refund. I find this company to be very suspicious.

I think it's pretty good. The interface is refreshing and the functions are simple. It's very convenient to use and very user-friendly. The design is still very simple～～～
