Radiator Leak
When phoning for help, the reception was very helpful, considering that we needed urgent help. we were told the plumbers would arrive in an hour, but they came even earlier. They were very friendly and dealt with a bad leak coming from a radiator. They acted very quickly, and told us exactly what was going on. They also gave good advise regarding maintenance.

Oliver the engineer was friendly but professional, he explained all of the steps involved in freeing the fat blockage that had evolved after many years in the kitchen waste pipes. I now have a sink that empties in seconds rather than hours!!

Out of hours boiler breakdown
Our boiler broke down on a Friday night. I contacted All Home Repairs 24/7 & they arranged for Dan to come out to us for assessment. He was great & assessed the issue which we thought was electrical - his tests showed that it was a boiler issue so he spoke to his colleague at the time who came the following day with the parts we needed to resolve our problem. The cost was really competitive as it was a weekend emergency. Thank you. Highly recommend

My elderly parents had a burst shower…
My elderly parents had a burst shower system and i had to arrange emergency plumber.
This was first time i used All Home Repairs, the call handler Natalia arranged everything very quickly whilst explaining the pricing system and arranging a plumber to attend. Natalia also did a call back to ensure the issue had now been resolved, which was very much appreciated.
All in all a very professional and swift service, will definitely use AHR services if needed again.

Made a stressful situation less stressful
Obviously is frustrating when you've got a blocked toilet, so you just need someone that will help get it sorted as quickly and as easily as possible.
I spoke to Mia on the helpline and they were helpful, friendly and clearly explained everything.
